As most Bloggers know already that one of the best ways to monetize your blog or website is to use Adsense ads on your blog or website. Few years back, getting a Adsense account was pretty easy but due to misuse, spams, frauds etc., Google made the account approval process too tough. The eligibility criterion are quite strict now and until you fulfill all of them, you wont get your account approved. In this article, we will try to talk about the some of basic and essential conditions that you must fulfill before you apply for getting your Adsense account approved.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO GET YOUR ADSENSE ACCOUNT APPROVED
1. Website
Obviously , you need a website to display Google ads with total administrative access so that you can put the ads on the blog or site. Google doesn’t stop you for applying even if you don’t have a Adsense account. You can use Google’s Blogspot service to create a blog for yourself. Here’s a quote from Adsense blog.
If you don’t have a website of your own, that doesn’t mean you can’t participate in AdSense. We offer a couple of options to help you easily create your own site.
First, there’s Blogger, a free tool for setting up and publishing your own blog online. With its easy-to-use and customizable templates, you can create an account and start blogging right away. You can also set up AdSense ads easily through your Blogger account.
But here comes some bad news for Bloggers in locations like India and China.
In some locations, including China and India, we also require publishers to have owned their sites for 6 months. We’ve taken this step to ensure the quality of our advertising network and protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers.
2. Valid payee name
Make sure to include your full and valid name, or that of your business. Avoid just putting your initials in Payee Name. Try to put the same Name as that listed under your Domain registrar (Even though its not mentioned anywhere in rules) i.e. the Name you used while registering your domain name. Click to continue…
