The setup is too easy. Just like creating a new mail id. After you sign in with user name, you need to add your website/blog in it. Its simple. You will be offered a HTML code after you tell it whether you want a visible or invisible counter along with some other options. You need to just insert that HTML code into your website anywhere you feel like. Placing that code in footer area is recommended though.
